PDF Fixes

I’ve uploaded a new version of the PDF that fixes a couple of issues and typos in the text.
- The text of Room 2 has been expanded a little to make this encounter clearer.
- The word “east” in Room 4 has been updated to say “west”.
- Text has been updated in Room 8 to reflect the existence of a second portcullis and to fix an issue with a stuck door that shouldn’t have been stuck.
